Update on office reopening.

1. Is your office currently open during normal business hours?

Our physical office is beginning the process of reopening in accordance with state and local guidelines and we are phasing our staff back accordingly. Our staff will continue to be available to work either remotely or on site. We will continue tele-conferencing if in-person meetings are not possible. Thank you for your understanding, as we all navigate during these unprecedented times.

2. When and how can I contact you?

Please continue to call our office at 858-793-8884. If it is during normal working hours and you happen to receive our voice mail, or after hours, please leave a message and one of our team members will return your call as soon as possible.

3. What video chat platforms do you offer for clients?

We will be offering Zoom and Skype teleconferencing.

4. Are you accepting new clients?

Yes

5. How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?

Please continue to call the office number to speak to a member of your Legal Team or feel free to e-mail them directly.

6. Are courts of law still open in my area?

The Court is now open for most business operations. Court hearings are limited to video or telephone conference only. Please follow this link for more information.

7. Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?

Many court and non-court related legal proceedings may still be scheduled in your case, with the assistance of teleconferencing. Please contact your Attorney regarding your specific case.
